01. The order
When placing the order, the order is fulfilled within 24 hours of being received. Once the order is fulfilled, an estimated is given of when the item is expected to ship. Once the items have shipped tracking information will be provided.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel the order for whatever reason it is possible to cancel (a part of) the order. You have 24 hours to contact our customer service and they will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within 7 business days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. You should receive an email with a recap of what you ordered and the price. The invoice should be captured in that email. Official invoices for business purposes are available upon request.
02. Shipment
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on the order it can take up to 7 days for your order to ship and 30 days from when the order is shipped to receive. All shipments will arrive with time and tracking information is provided.
When can I see tracking information?
Once the order is shipped tracking information will be provided. Typically tracking information is provided within a few days from order completion but it can take up to 7 business days for tracking information to be provided.
Can I choose different types of shipping?
When we run a promotion for free shipping, we choose the cheapest method for shipping by default. In some instances, some items are available for expedited shipping for an extra charge.
03. Account
Is my account secure?
Security is very important to us, and to making sure all of our customers information is secure is a top priority. We do not store credit card information on our website or accounts of our clients to help keep their financial information secure.
How do I access my account?
You can access your account always on the top right of the page once you are logged in. If you forget your password you can reset your password by clicking the forgot password link and following the instructions.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking on the create an account button and entering your personal information. Once you haven an account you can see the history of your purchases as well as save items for later and write reviews on items that you have bought to help other buyers.
04. Returns, exchanges and complaints
Can I return my order?
Orders can be returned if a request is sent within 14 days after their order is received. Items have to be returned in the way that they are received in order for a return to be accepted. Once an order is received a refund is issued within 30 days.
Can I exchange my order?
Depending on the reason for the exchange, we are happy to make an exchange for you. If the wrong product is sent or the size is wrong we will gladly make the exchange. If you would like a different item than was purchased we will not make an exchange.
Where can I make a complaint?
Any complaints can be addressed via email at ax2enterprise@gmail.com. A response will be given within 24 hours of email receipt. we will always find a way to address any concerns so that our clients are happy.
